How to register

The online auction is public and can be viewed by anyone. However, participation in the auction requires registration and login on the auction platform, just as registration is always mandatory for bidding at a live auction.

Who can register?

New registrations are only available for legal entities, such as:

  • Companies (Ltd., Bt., Plc., Nyrt., Kht.)

  • Organizations (Foundations, Associations, Municipalities, etc.)

  • Primary producers and family farms

  • Sole proprietors (EV)

Registration process

  1. The system will send an activation code to your email address.

  2. To complete the registration, confirm it by clicking the link in the email.

  3. The Auction Organizer will verify the provided information (company name, tax number, etc.). Once approved, the registration is successful.

Important: If you do not receive the activation code, please check your spam folder. After logging in, you can request a new code by clicking the “Resend Code” button.

Registration deadline

  • As a new company, registration must be completed at least 1 business day before the closing of the item you wish to purchase.

  • Registrations submitted within 1 day before the auction closes cannot be guaranteed for acceptance, and we cannot ensure the bidder’s participation in the auction. If you register at the last minute and your account is not approved when the auction begins, please contact our customer service at +36 23 200 120

Acceptance of Auction Policy

By registering, bidders simultaneously accept the Auction Policy, which are considered legally binding upon them.

Why is it necessary to provide a valid email address?

The system sends automatic messages to the email address provided during registration, such as notifications about:

  • Being outbid

  • Won items

  • Invoices

  • Shipping

  • New auctions (via newsletters)

It is recommended to provide an email address that is regularly monitored.

What to do if your registered information changes?
If any of the registered data changes (e.g., company headquarters, mailing address, contact person), the user is required to notify the Auction Organizer in writing at: info@intergavel.hu
The Auction Organizer will process the updates within 1 business day.
